Full costed BOM created, drawings released

The first draft of the full, costed BOM is ready.  Here’s the link.

Drawings of all the custom part have also been uploaded to thingiverse and Ponoko.

I’ve formatted the files on Thingiverse appropriate for Thingiverse and the files on Ponoko appropriate for Ponoko.
